FINAL RELEASE AT CYPRESS AT VALLEY GROVE ESTATES

CHOWCHILLA, CA – If moving into a brand new home at an unbelievably affordable price is on your list of new year’s resolutions, you’d better act fast. Highway 99 is five minutes to the east – a quick link to neighboring Madera and Merced, home of the newly opened University of California Merced campus.
