CHOWCHILLA—First time home buyers won’t want to miss Cypress at Valley Grove Estate’s first time home buyers seminar this Thursday, August 9th at 6 PM
Chowchilla’s premier single family home community wants to help first time home buyers learn how easy it is to become a home-owner according to Donna Hance, Community Manager.
Cypress is partnering with All California Mortgage, Chicago Title, Carriage House Real Estate, and Paul H. Simmons, a local certified public accountant, to educate potential buyers on the benefits of homeownership and the home buying process. Refreshments will be served during the seminar.
“We want first time home buyers to join us for a free and educational seminar filled with information for home buyers,” said Hance, who noted that space was limited and reservations should be made by calling her at 550-665-7400.
Seminar participants will learn about a variety of special loans for first time home buyers which offer below market interest rates and down payment assistance. All California Mortgage will also be on site offering free credit checks and prequalifications.
Recently lenders are finding that many home shoppers are unsure of the loan amount they can qualify for, cited Hance. Also, many are unaware of the attractive loan programs and creative tools available in today’s market to help them afford a new home purchase.
“The home buying seminar on Thursday is designed to help educate home shoppers and assist them in making a more informed decision. They will be made aware of just how powerful a tax saving tool home ownership is and how by owning, a home owner can actually adjust their withholdings and take home more net pay every paycheck,” added Hance.
