 Welcome to the Clyde Miles Construction Premier Club Newsletter, providing you with notices and opportunities prior to release to the general public.
Medlyn Estates in Alamo has sold out. Unfortunately there are no further plans to build any home in this prestigious city.

We are pleased to announce that Clyde Miles Construction Company has acquired 63 more lots at the Lakes at Discovery Bay. We will be releasing the first phase of these for sale to Premier Club members on Saturday, January 15th at 10 AM. The location of the sales office and the models for these new home sites will be at the same location5316 Gold Creek Circle at the Lakes at Discovery Bay. We will be accepting no obligation lot reservations commencing on January 2. Anticipated base pricing is $569,950 to $652,950. The next release of homes for Cypress at Valley Grove Estates in Chowchillas is tentatively set for Saturday February 11th. Premier Club members will be allowed to purchase one week prior, on Feb. 4.  An interest list is forming for nine homes in the Concord area. Two of the homes are located at Crystyl Ranch. The plans will be 3600 and 4100 square feet with luxury amenities such as jetted tubs, crown molding, Thermador appliances, solid surface countertops, tile flooring in entry‘s, bathrooms, laundry rooms, kitchen, nook and family rooms and more. Both homes have magnificent views. Pricing for the two homes will be $1,295,950 and $1,495,000 respectively and will be available to Premier Club members Jan 2. An additional seven homes will be built at Granada Glen, located just west of Landana on the north side of Concord Blvd. The homes will range in size between 2200 sq. feet and 3604 sq. feet. Communities in Coalinga (near Harris Ranch just off of Interstate 5)from the upper 200,000‘s, Vallejo, from the high 400,000‘s, and a community of smaller homes in Chowchilla from the high 200,000‘s will be getting underway shortly.
