We‘re also getting closer to starting Grant Street Commons‘a ten home neighborhood of very affordable homes in Vallejo. Prices will be in the upper $400,000‘s for three and four bedroom plans ranging in size between 1530 and 1870 square feet. Quicksilver, the first of two new home communities by Clyde Miles Construction in Oakley should also be starting shortly. Quicksilver will feature four varying plans between 1750 and 3300 square feet. Also, in the second half of 2007, land improvements should start for two new communities in Chowchilla, Sundance and Meridian. Sundance at Legacy Ranch will feature homes from the mid 200,000‘s and Meridian at Legacy Ranch will feature executive homes on estate sized lots from the low 300,000‘s. Finally, the long awaited Saddleback Hills in the foothills of San Andreas in Calaveras County should begin in 2008.
